使用方法：
1. 把电源线和用电器引线按标签指示接到稳压器上（小功率稳压器插头是输入端，插座是输出端）。
2. 打开电源开关，这时电源指示灯，延时指示灯亮。
3. 延时4-10分钟，稳压器开始输出电流，这时延时指示灯灭，工作指示灯亮。
4. 如不是对电冰箱供电，可在开机后，按延时开关按钮，数秒后稳压器即可开始供电。
5. 当电网电压过高，稳压器输出电压达242V-250V时，机内超压保护装置将切断输出电源，停止供电。待电压恢复正常后，稳压器会自动延时后恢复供电，以达到保护家用电器的目的。
6. 当用电功率超过稳压器所能承受的能力时，稳压器会自动断电；此时用户应马上减少接在本稳压器上的用电器个数；减轻负载后本稳压器将在10分钟内自动恢复供电。
